Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Policy Advanced Booking: We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance to secure your spot. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmation: Once booked, you will receive an email confirmation with event details and instructions. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. 2. Cancellation Policy 72-Hour Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the event to receive a full refund. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 48 hours before the event, subject to availability. 3. Refund Policy Full Refund: Eligible for cancellations made within the designated notice period. Partial Refund: Offered for late cancellations (50% refund). Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. 4. Waitlist Policy Joining the Waitlist: If an event is fully booked, you can join our waitlist and will be notified if a spot becomes available. Priority: Waitlisted spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirm within 24 hours to secure your spot. Automatic Enrollment: If a spot opens within 24 hours of the event, waitlisted participants may be automatically enrolled and notified. 5. Late Arrival Policy Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Entry Restrictions: Arrivals after the grace period may not be permitted to join, and refunds will not be issued. 6. Transfer of Registration Transferability: You may transfer your registration to another person if unable to attend. Please notify us 48 hours prior to the event. Transfer Process: Contact hello@qlulust.com with the new participant’s information. 7. Health and Safety Policy (In-Person Events) Health Protocols: We follow recommended health and safety protocols. Please adhere to any posted guidelines during in-person events. Symptom-Free Attendance: If you are unwell, please stay home. Contact us for virtual or refund options if needed. 8. Liability Waiver Waiver: Qlulust is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during participation. By registering, you assume responsibility for your well-being. 9. Modification of Events Changes to Schedule: Qlulust reserves the right to adjust event schedules, instructors, or topics. Participants will be notified of any changes.
